Titre: Infection par snap.do [Résolu]

Bonjour

Infection de mon PC / W7 / Firefox par snap-do. Pas d'anti-malware sur le pc. Recherche à me débarrasser de cette saleté au plus vite.....

Il faut être vigilant sur ce que tu valides lors de l'installation de logiciels gratuits et ne pas accepter tout ce qui est proposé avec.

Re bonjour.
Plusieurs problèmes :

1) Lors de la suppression des programmes, restait un reliquat de Spy Hunter (je suppose) appelé SH4 Execution Guard qui me demandait l'autorisation d'accès à la suppression des programmes
2) Ad remover (pas d'uninstall) et Vuze Remote Toolbar impossible à désinstaller
3) Adw cleaner a redémarré le Pc avant de créeer le rapport
4) "Windows a rencontré un problème critique et doit redémarrer" : le PC a redémarré pendant la manip avec OTL : pas de rapport

Pour le correctif OTL, vérifie dans le dossier C:\_OTL\MovedFiles\
Regarde si tu as un fichier avec l'extension log du type ********_******.log
Les ******* représentent la date et l'heure.

Dans le dossier OTL j'ai un dossier nommé 11142012_154252 avec des sous dossiers nombreux, mais pas de fichier ****.log à l'horizon

Au redémarrage du PC, il m'a demandé si je voulais poursuivre OTL.exe, et j'ai refusé. 9a vient peut-être de là ?

Oui, il te fallait accepter de poursuivre avec OTL, bien sûr.

Dans les options d'affichage des dossiers, décoche la case Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
Afficher les fichiers cachés et fichiers système -Windows 7 – Vista (http://www.chantal11.com/2009/04/afficher-les-fichiers-caches-systeme-windows-7-vista/)

Toujours pas de fichier .log ?

OK, OTL avait quand même fait déjà un bon nettoyage.

Pour Chrome, il va falloir aller vérifier manuellement et supprimer, si présent, toute trace de snap do :
 - au niveau de la page de démarrage -> http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=fr&answer=95314
 - au niveau des moteurs de recherche -> http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=fr&answer=95653

Après avoir fait ces vérifications, as-tu toujours un souci avec Snap Do ?

comment brancher tous mes périphériques USB ???
J'ai au moins 15 clés USB, 2 DD externes, une imprimante, un appareil photo, ....

Aucun de ces périphériques n'était branché au moment de l'infection par snap.do (qui date d'hier), sauf l'imprimante.

Que dois-je faire ?

Oui, bien sûr, tu peux désinstaller Chrome.

Oui, mais c'est un contrôle que je voudrais faire sur une infection USB.
Cela n'a rien à voir avec Snap Do.

Fais l'analyse de Recherche avec USBFix, avec juste ce qui était connecté au moment du rapport OTL.
On avisera par la suite.

Relance l'outil SX Check&Update, clique sur le bouton Update Flash et installe la nouvelle version Flash Player sous chaque navigateur qui s'est ouvert, Internet Explorer et Firefox dans ton cas
A titre indicatif, la page de téléchargement http://get.adobe.com/fr/flashplayer/

Nous allons pouvoir ensuite finaliser la procédure.

Et bien, je serai beaucoup plus vigilant la prochaine fois lors d'un téléchargement...

Le forum Security X est hautement recommandable, et je ne me priverai pas de le faire savoir...

Une dernière question : une bonne protection PC légère (et éventuellement gratuite) c'est un antivirus+un anti malware c'est ça ? Que conseilles-tu ?

Oui, tu as déjà avast! Free Antivirus

Je te conseille ensuite d'installer Malwarebytes (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/) et scanner ton système régulièrement avec en complément des analyses de ton antivirus.
Ne pas oublier toutefois, avant de lancer l'analyse, de faire une recherche de mises à jour de Malwarebytes, dans l'onglet Mise à jour.
