Bonjour, j'ai un petit soucis lorsque je navigue sur le net il m'apparaît parfois une fenêtre avec écrit: .bprotect.exe a cesser de fonctionner . fermer le programme. je clique sur fermer le progamme. Et ça me ralenti la connexion.Ça fait une semaine que j'ai ce problème Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider?

Je vais regarder ce rapport, mais il me faudrait aussi l'autre Extras.txt qui devrait se trouver dans le dossier Téléchargements   ;)

J'ai dans mes téléchargements OLT txt que j'ai envoyer sur le site d'hébergement, j'ai également un Extras txt qui fait 76,6 ko, mais j'ai aussi un desktop.ini qu'est-ce que c'est ?

Il ne faut pas toucher aux fichiers desktop.ini pour l'instant, on s'en occupera plus tard si toujours présents.

Il faut être vigilant sur ce que tu valides lors de l'installation de logiciels gratuits, bien lire les conditions d'utilisation et ne pas accepter tout ce qui est proposé avec (cases pré-cochées).

lorsque je lance otl et copiedans la personnalisation puis correction il se bloque. il est marqué en haut (ne repond pas)

En fait je me suis rendu compte que dans programme et fonctionnalité plus aucun intrus de la liste que vous m'avez donner à supprimer n'y sont!

Pour le correctif OTL, si ça bloque en mode normal, il faut le faire en Mode sans échec avec prise en charge du réseau (http://www.chantal11.com/2012/07/demarrer-en-mode-sans-echec-avec-prise-en-charge-du-reseau/)

Oui, mais seulement dans la liste de Programmes, il faut quand même passer le correctif OTL pour nettoyer les résidus.

je n'ai pas pu faire la correction avec OTL l'ordinateur est resté bloquer trois heures et pas de rapport donc j'ai tout arrêté. j'ai redémarré l'ordinateur et j'ai fait Usbfix . Voici le 1er rapport et je vais faire un autre usbfix car j'ai plusieur clés et seulement deux port usb

Nous allons relancer USBFix avec cette dernière clé connectée en mode Suppression.

Puisque nous n'avons pas de rapport pour le correctif OTL, nous allons relancer une analyse OTL pour recontrôler le système comme indiqué ici -> http://forum.security-x.fr/desinfections/bprotect/msg98005/#msg98005

Héberge le nouveau rapport OTL.txt obtenu sur http://security-x.fr/up/ et indique le lien obtenu dans ta prochaine réponse.

OTL avait quand appliqué le plus important du correctif.

Comment se comporte le système maintenant ?
Plus de problème avec bprotect ?

Nous allons en profiter pour mettre à jour des extensions sensibles aux failles de sécurité.

Même si tu n'utilises pas Internet Explorer comme navigateur, il faut tout de même le mettre à jour et passer sous IE10.

adobe flash player a jour internet explorer a jour
par contre quand je veux faire sxcu.exe et que je clique sur rapport il me met " impossible de trouver le fichier C:\Program Files\Safari\rapport_SX.txt"
il me demande si je veux créer un nouveau fichier je met oui mais rien ne se passe

Le rapport SXCU devrait se trouver soit sur le Bureau, soit dans Téléchargements.

dans c:\ il y a un dossier usbfix et un adwcleaner [S1] dois je les supprimer ? et le rapport_sx aussi

Bonjour, voila plus aucun dossiers en rapport avec les outils utilisés. Un grand merci à vous Chantal11. Et je serais un peu plus vigilante à l'avenir, enfin je vais essayer. et encore merci pour tout.
