Microsoft annonce aujourd’hui la disponibilité de la prochaine mise à jour majeure de Windows 10, nommée Creators Update, qui sera déployée, à partir du 11 avril 2017, sur les 400 millions d’appareils Windows 10 dans le monde. Avec cette mise à jour, Microsoft libère la créativité du plus grand nombre en mettant la 3D au centre de l’expérience Windows dans un environnement numérique toujours plus ouvert, humain et sécurisé. 

Microsoft annonce également l’arrivée des nouveaux Surface Book i7, d’ores et déjà en précommande sur le marché français avant une commercialisation à partir du 20 avril 2017.

As we announced previously, customers will be asked to make important privacy settings choices before the Creators Update is installed. When you see the privacy settings page, you will know that the Creators update isn’t far behind!

We also received a lot of feedback asking for more control over when Windows 10 installs updates. As I noted in my blog post from March 1, we’ve provided new ways for customers to control when the update will occur.

These include the ability to specify a time that is convenient for you, pause updates for a week, and expand the “active hours” time window during which you don’t want to be disturbed by an update. If you’re running a Windows 10 PC at work, check with your IT administrator for details regarding your organization’s rollout plans. For the those of you who are eager to get the Creators Update right away, you will be able to initiate the update manually, starting on April 5th, via Update Assistant. This option is intended for advanced users on devices running a licensed version of Windows 10.

Donc 2 points importants à retenir :

 - Quand la page des Paramètres de confidentialité apparaîtra sur votre système, validez la, cela déclenchera la mise à disposition de la Creators Update, version 1703, pour votre PC.

- La Creators Update, version 1703, sera rendue officiellement publique à partir du 5 avril et pourra donc, pour ceux qui le désirent, être installée manuellement via l'Assistant de Mise à jour (https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/4014001/windows-10-creators-update-coming-soon)
