Cyber-bullying is on the rise, but so is cyber-counselling, says reportIn a report released today, the UK service Childline reports an 87% increase over last year in children and young people seeking help after suffering cyber-bullying. It also reports that, for the first time ever, more counselling took place online (59%) than by telephone (41%).
